This Privacy Notice describes Izba's own practices as a business, including how we handle personal information about individuals who visit our website, register for or use the Service directly, or otherwise interact with us.

Where Izba's platform ingests data from a Customer's own systems (e.g., CRM, CS/CX tools, business communications) to generate account intelligence, signals, or recommendations, Izba processes that data as a service provider under the applicable order form and data processing terms with the Customer. Such data is not persisted beyond the short, configurable period required for processing, unless otherwise agreed with the Customer, and is not used to train AI models without explicit written consent from the Customer.
